Vintage Hemp Kaya Mosquito Net Textile

A vintage Japanese three-panel hemp textile, originally part of a traditional mosquito net, kaya. The natural hemp is woven with subtle green stripes and has a lightweight, open weave with a dry, textured feel. The three narrow panels have been joined together, creating a generous piece suitable for hanging, or textile projects.

It shows signs of age and use, including areas of staining and darker discolouration.
